Clan Lord

Clan Lord is an online community of exiles. It is a game of adventure and fun where players cooperate with rather than prey upon one another. In many ways this game is what you make of it.

Kite Mobs in EverQuest

EverQuest describes itself as a "massively multiplayer online fantasy role-playing game" where players are able to "slay dragons, seek treasure and explore vast dungeons." One of the more exciting aspects of the game is kite mobs, where you are able to snare a number of people or characters at once, and while keeping a safe distance from them, inflict damage.

The Digital Continuum: Zombies, zombies, zombies

I firmly believe persistent online games have a lot more to offer, and every so often that fact rises up to the front of my thoughts by games like Resident Evil 5. If a cooperative and ostensibly zombie game can exist, then why not a massively version? Let me present to you, the reader, my vision of a game that could quite feasibly exist in just four or five years time:

Class - Relation a Black mage has with them.

In the beta, and in those following the FFXI Gil game slightly in locales where this FFXI Gil game hasn't been released yet, it's popular belief that Black Mages are near an easy class to play, however this is not so.

ROMMEL'S ARMY IN AFRICA.

Though Guild Wars uses the same play mechanics as most MMORPG that is, the Diablo point-and-click, hack-and-slash system, game play takes a decidedly different turn when it comes to execution. Rather than competing for re-spawning monsters with other players, Guild Wars will transport you, and your party if you choose to join one, to a pocket area where you have exclusive dig at all the monsters. Towns and meeting points are the only communal levels of this MMORPG, and you could conduct necessary interaction in these places.

Try out the Blood Of Gladiators TCG loot on the PTR

A little under a week ago we posted the details of the new TCG exclusive loot items, and more recently we've shown off some video. If you haven't heard about it yet, you can actually do yourself one better if you have access to the PTR: You can head down to Booty Bay and test out these items for free! If you've never traded in a TCG code before, to do it you need to go down to the docks of Booty Bay and look for Landro Longshot. He's flanked by guards, so you can't really miss him. Ask him what he has to offer, select the Blood Of Gladiators set, and put in the following codes for the item you want:

How to Install WoW Addon Suites

Just keep in mind that for these suites of mods, you'll just want to pick one of them to install as they usually run into conflicts with each other. If you prefer not to install suites though, there are plenty of standalone addons that don't conflict with each other at all.

Things to do in Azeroth when you're dead and level 80

So here you are, a new level 80 Death Knight. You've made your triumphant return to Ebon Hold to train your level 80 skills and hearthed back to Dalaran, and now you're hanging out in front of the bank on your favorite mount. And you have no idea what to do next. No worries, here's a list of goals that should answer that eternal question (eternal in this case being the time to the next expansion), "I'm level 80. Now What?"

Defending Your Extra Life

There shall come a time when each and every one of us will pass from this world to stand before Denis Dyack, who sits in judgment of all souls who play, develop, or write about video games. When he cracks open the Prima strategy guide of your time on Earth, the actions you have taken will determine whether you are granted entrance to video game heaven or doomed to an eternity with N-Gage ports of Superman 64 and Bad Day L.A.
